Kathleen McCall is the broker of Velsor Realty located at 8027 3rd Ave., Brooklyn, a real estate company that specializes in residential sales of homes, co ops (especially cooperative apartment conversions), rentals and commercial properties as well. She is a licensed real estate instructor.
Kathleen served as president for both the Bay Ridge/Bensonhurst Multiple Listing Service and the Brooklyn Board of Realtors. She has attended NYSAR State meetings and served for RPAC and co-op workshop committees. Some of the realtor community activities have been serving on the committee for the New York State association of Realtors Housing Relief Fund. With the housing fund, victims of September 11 were helped with money grants for rent and mortgage payments.
She has also had the great pleasure to be honored by the Boy Scouts of America, a Pioneer of the 3rd Avenue Merchants and toy for tots for her community involvement.
